Brent Scowcroft    CEO and Founder of The Scowcroft Group; Former National Security Advisor to two U.S. Presidents

Mr. Scowcroft is the founder and President of the Scowcroft Group and one of the country’s leading experts on international policy. He served as the National Security Advisor to President Gerald Ford and to President George H.W. Bush. His extraordinary 29 year career in the U.S. Air Force began with graduation from West Point and concluded at the rank of Lieutenant General following service as the Deputy National Security Advisor. From 1982 to 1989, he was Vice Chairman of Kissinger Associates, Inc., an international consulting firm. Brent Scowcroft served as Chairman of the President's Foreign Intelligence Advisory Board from 2001 to 2005.

General Sir Jeremy Mackenzie, GCB OBE DL.    Former Deputy Supreme Allied Commander Europe, Chief Military Advisor to the Beretta Holding Group.

General Sir Jeremy Mackenzie GCB OBE DL—Commissioned into the Queens Own Highlanders in 1961, he went on to hold commands in many of the most prestigious posts in the British Military including commanding the 1st British Corps, forming and commanding the Allied Command Europe Rapid Reaction Corps, and culminating with his appointment as Deputy Supreme Allied Commander Europe where he served three different SACEUR combatant commanders. He is currently the chief military advisor to the Beretta Holding Group and principal military advisor to Benteler Defense and is a director for Blue Hackle.

EXECUTIVE PARTNERS

Lieutenant General Richard Kelly, USMC, Ret.   Logistics and Supply Chain Management

General Kelly served as Vice Director of Logistics for the Joint Chiefs of Staff. He was formerly the Director of Logistics for the U.S. Marine Corps. He is currently a Board member for Cascade Designs, Inc. He was an Executive Fellow at the Institute for Business and Defense Research and the Research Chair for Logistics at the Logistics Management Institute.

Lieutenant General Robert Shea, USMC, Ret.   Information Technology, Communications

General Shea is an expert in the areas of information infrastructure protection, cyber-terrorism and communications. At the time of his retirement from the Marine Corps, he was the director of Command, Control, Communications and Computers (J6) for both the Joint Chiefs of Staff where oversaw the activities across all DOD operations. Previously he held the same position for the Marine Corps. His other command assignments include Director of Intelligence for the U.S. Marine Corps, Director of Communications for the Pacific Command and Deputy Commander U.S. Forces in Japan.

Lieutenant General R. Steven Whitcomb, USA, Ret.

General Whitcomb was the Inspector General of the Army having previously commanded the Third Army.

Lieutenant General Thomas Turner, USA, Ret.

General Turner retired from the U.S. Army as the Commanding General of the U.S. Army North, Fort Sam Houston, Texas. His decorated career included Commander of the United Nations Command Security Force, Joint Security Area in South Korea and as Commanding General of the 101st Airborne Division at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. General Turner deployed to Operation Just Cause and the Iraq War. Board member of Blue Hackle North America.

Integral to Torch Hill’s process of identification, evaluation, and development is our access to a deep pool of technical specialists in the Partnership’s areas of investment. Product and Technical Partners are technical experts; selection and retention is dynamic and will respond as new niches are uncovered and needs arise for company- or product-specific evaluation. Presently Torch Hill retains experts in tactical equipment, armor programs, bio-terrorism, corporate and physical security, logistics, DOD acquisition processes and information security.

Brigadier General Jim Feigley, USMC, Ret.  Former Commander of the Marine Corps Systems Command. Consultant to major defense contractors on defense acquisition programs.

Commander Norm Carley, USN Ret.  Noted Former U.S. Navy SEAL Commander; former CEO and majority owner, AMTI, Inc.

Art Brown  Twenty-five year veteran of the Central Intelligence Agency and the former Chief Executive Officer of the US subsidiary of Control Risks Group, a London-based business risk consultancy.

Colonel Michael Fallon, USMC, Ret.  Industry expert on expeditionary command and control.

William Parrish  Former Director of Intelligence, DHS. Former DHS Liaison to FBI. Former Director of Counter-terrorism for US Customs and Border Patrol.

Dr. James Richardson PhD, Mechanical Engineering.  Former Program Manager for armor research at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA); Former VP for Technology and Chief Scientist, The Potomac Institute for Policy Studies.

Lieutenant Colonel Gabriel Patricio, USMC, Ret.  Consultant to the US Marine Corps and U.S. Army for individual equipment. Former director of individual equipment acquisition for the US Marine Corps and was US Marine Corps representative to US Army’s Natick Labs. CEO and owner of Patricio Enterprises.

Chuck Jones  20 years experience in IT and IT Security with Citicorp, Sun Microsystems, RSA Security, BANKFIRST, Elemental Security and Applied Materials.

Roy Carter  Former member of the senior executive service at both the Department of Defense and US Federal Courts. Former senior executive at Nortel Government Solutions.

Colonel Bruce Albrecht, USMC, Ret.  Former President, Pioneer UAVs. Consultant in robotics and aviation issues.

Brigadier General Matt Broderick, USMC, Ret.  Former Assistant Secretary for Operations in the Department of Homeland Security.
